Medals & Ribbons

1st - 3rd place in Gold and above levels will receive medals.

1st - 4th place in Newcomer through Silver Levels, and 4th - 6th in Gold and above levels will receive ribbons.

**If you have competed in past FL Sunshine Dances and won medals, you will receive ribbons unless you are competing in Pre-Champ, Championship or Scholarship Events.

TEACHER POT OF GOLD

40 - 74 entries = $2 per entry

75 - 124 entries = $3 per entry

125 - 179 entries = $4 per entry

180+ entries = $6 per entry

**Teacher/Pro must be on Full Package to qualify. 

**Nine or Ten Multi-dance counts as 5 entries, Four or Five Multi-dance counts as 2 entries, & Three Multi-dance counts as 1 entry.

TOP TEACHER PRIZE MONEY

1ST - $500 

2ND - $250

3RD - $125

**Top teacher/Pro prize money is paid in addition to the Pot of Gold.

**Teacher/Pro must be on Full Package to qualify, with a minimum of 40 entries. Teacher/Coach of Amateur/Amateur couples' entries can count toward minimum number of entries as long as the AM/AM couple states instructor in the Studio/Team ("affiliation") field in Ballroom Comp Express.

 ** Top Teacher/Pro will be based on the total overall placement levels in all entries. 3rd Place will receive 1 point per entry, 2nd Place will receive 2 points per entry, 1st Place will receive 3 points per entry.  Multi-dance counts as 1 entry, points based the average of placement.
